The busywork, running on its own
Orders, invoices, leads and reports handled by workflows that follow your rules, in the tools you already use. Anything outside the rules goes to a person.
Jobs that should not need a person
Every workflow has three parts

Trigger
What starts it

What it does

Built not to fail quietly
Retries
A slow or failed API call is tried again before anyone is bothered.
Alerts
When a run still fails, the right person hears about it, with the reason.
A log of every run
What came in, what each step did, and what went out - searchable.
Versioned changes
Every change to a workflow is saved, and can be rolled back.
Rules, or an agent?
This page
Business automation
Fixed steps, the same every time. Right when the input is structured - an order, a form, a row - and the rules can be written down.
Next door
AI automation
An agent that reads and decides. Right when the input is messy - PDFs, free-text emails, tickets - and a person would have to use judgment.
How we get there
- 01
Map the process
We sit with the team that does the work and write down every step, exception and tool it touches.
- 02
Build and run it alongside
The workflow runs next to the manual process until the results match.
- 03
Hand over, keep tuning
Monitoring and a monthly review of what failed, what changed and what to automate next.
Questions we get asked
Which tools can you connect?
Anything with an API or a webhook - accounting, CRM, ERP, helpdesk, spreadsheets, payment gateways, email and chat. Where there is no API, we look at exports, email parsing or a small custom service.
Do you use Zapier, Make or n8n?
Whichever fits. n8n when you want to own and host it, a managed tool when your team already uses one, and custom code when the volume or the logic outgrows them.
What happens when a step fails?
It is retried first. If it still fails, the run stops, the right person is alerted with the reason, and nothing is half-written into your systems.
Is this the same as AI automation?
No. These workflows follow fixed rules and do the same thing every time. When a job needs reading or judgment - messy documents, free-text emails - that is AI automation.
Can our team change a workflow later?
Yes. Workflows are documented and versioned, and we can set them up in a tool your team can edit themselves.
How is it priced?
Tell us the process and we come back with scope, a timeline and a price for the first workflow - not a discovery call first.
Have a process that eats your week?
Walk us through it - we come back with what the first workflow would take off your team.
