Terms of Service

Gigax provides software development, design, AI automation, cloud, and related technology services, and operates its own products such as EduHost. The exact scope, timeline, and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between us.

Give us accurate information and the access, content, and approvals we need to do the work.

Use our website and services lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to them.

Ensure that anything you share with us does not infringe someone else's rights.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, work we create specifically for you becomes yours once it is paid for in full. Gigax retains ownership of its own tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials, and of its products such as EduHost.

Our website, brand, and content remain the property of Gigax and may not be copied without permission.

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are defined in your engagement agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. Late payment may pause work until the account is settled.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, our services are provided “as is” without further warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement it relates to.

Either party may end an engagement as described in its agreement. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that point, and each side returns or deletes the other's confidential materials on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
