See what's actually happening in your business
An internal dashboard that pulls from the systems you already run, so decisions are made from real numbers instead of a monthly export someone has to assemble by hand.
Built for the questions you actually ask
Views designed around your team's real decisions, not a generic BI template. Each team gets a view shaped like its question - and, as access follows your org, only its own.

Every number written down once
Before a chart is drawn, each metric gets one definition, the systems it reads from and one owner. Meetings stop arguing about which revenue it is.

Delivered where people already look
A dashboard nobody opens is a monthly export again. The same defined numbers go to the wall, the inbox and the team's channel.
A short digest on the morning it is needed, linked back to the full view.
A daily number, and a flag when something moves out of its usual range.
Questions we get asked
Built from our Data Analytics and API Integrations work.
Do we have to change the tools we use?
No. The dashboard reads from the systems you already run - your product, CRM, store or database - directly, not from a spreadsheet someone uploads.
What happens when two teams disagree on a number?
Each metric is written down once with one owner, and every dashboard reads that one definition. A change goes through the owner.
Can each team see only its own view?
Yes. Views are by role, so finance, operations and leadership each open what is relevant to them.
How do we know the numbers are current?
Every view says when it was last refreshed, source by source, and each source has its own schedule.
When is this not worth building?
If you only need reporting from one tool that already has a good plugin, the plugin may be cheaper. And if the underlying data is too inconsistent to trust, that has to be fixed first - a dashboard on top would only show the mess faster.
How is it priced?
Tell us which systems hold your data and the questions each team asks, and we come back with scope, a timeline and a price.
Still building the Monday report by hand?
Tell us where your data lives and what each team asks - we come back with the first views we would build, and what they read from.
