A builder's sales office, its channel partners and its buyers all work in PropThrive, each in their own space. Partners get the builder's assigned projects, inventory and sales kit, read-only and kept in sync; booking a unit locks it with the builder at once. The builder sees a partner's sales and nothing else of its workspace.
Money that follows the construction
Payment plans are tied to construction milestones, so marking one complete raises every demand that is due. Demand letters, receipts and Razorpay payment links go out from the same place, and the team is reminded about overdue instalments.
