One platform behind everything
The app and the website sit on the same platform: an API gateway in front of a set of services, each owning one part of the business, deployed in containers on Thryvoo's own servers. The superadmin console talks to the same API, so what the team changes in the console is what customers see in the app.
The engines, one at a time
The business runs on a handful of engines that work together: coin tasks with cooldowns and rotation, a rewards section the team can order and feature, referrals, stamp cards and visit rewards, and a leaderboard with its own prizes, hardened against people farming it. The newest piece is a WhatsApp customer-relationship engine, so a business can reach its customers where they already are.
Maintenance and support
We did not hand Thryvoo over and walk away. We run it: the servers, releases, fixes and the next round of features, planned module by module with the Veraz team and delivered in the same workspace they use to follow the work.
